Congregational Council"Come unto the Christ ... Go into the World"
St. Andrew Lutheran Church is a people created by God in Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, called and sent to bear witness to God’s creative, redeeming and sanctifying activity in the world.
The Christian gospel of love calls us to "come unto the Christ" and "go into the world." Our congregational life is based in the scriptures, providing meaningful religious opportunity for spiritual growth, motivating us to be active witnesses to our Lutheran Christian faith and leading us to joyfully meet needs of people that are community–wide, church–wide and world–wide.

Andrea Spears
Congregation PresidentTerm: 2010–2012
Area of Interest: My interests are singing in the Canticle Choir, Camp and Youth & Family Ministries.
Doug Wiesner
President ElectTerm: 2011–2013
Area of Interest: Areas of interest include Small Groups, Bible Studies, Alpha, and Mission Trips. I am on the Haiti planning committee and lead a small group study. I will be going on my second trip to Haiti on December 30th.
Julie Samuelson
SecretaryTerm: 2010–2012
Area of Interest: Areas of interest include Small Group Ministries, including Wednesday Women’s Bible Study and the alpha Program. I am also motivated by Mission Trips and prayer opportunities.
Ruth Kimmelshue-Reding
Term: 2010–2012Area of Interest: My areas of interest include Youth and Children Ministries, St. Andrew Early Learning and St. Andrew Church School.
Kathy Thomsen
Term: 2011–2013Area of Interest: Areas of interest include Stewardship and Service.
Carole McMonigal
Term: 2011–2013Area of Interest: Areas of interest include Music, Women’s Ministries, Congregation Care.
Amy Burk
Term: 2012–2014Area of Interest: Amy has been part of the chrildren's ministry, serving as a church school teacher and on the planning team for VCS. She participates in women's fellowship and the book club.
Ross Eichelberger
Term: 2012–2014Area of Interest: Ross has interests in stewardship, financial planning and management, and health and wellness ministry.
Brian Shimley
Term: 2012–2014Area of Interest: Brian is active in the men's group, coaches youth sports and participates in many of St. Andrew's service ministries. Brian has been involved with the Alpha Course and recently served on the call committee.
