ALPHA
Alpha is a 10-week practical introduction to the Christian Faith that includes
- Dinner
- Group Teaching
- Group Discussion
- Weekend Retreat
Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith is welcome. Cost? None!
Learning and laughter. Join others in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pasta (and other great food) - each week the course begins with supper. A free-will offering is received to cover the costs.
Helping one another journey through the discussion. Dinner is followed by a large group presentation and a small group discussion of the talk.
Ask anything. At ALPHA any question you might have is okay to ask. In fact, questions are encouraged and we'd be disappointed if you didn't ask questions!

3rd Saturday Women's Study
Study and discuss the texts for the upcoming weekend, along with some fellowship and a light breakfast! No preparation necessary. Join us the 3rd Saturday of each month at 8:30am at St. Andrew.

Be Still and Know
...Yoga and Devotion
Join us for a 7 week yoga program that combines the basics of classical yoga with a scripture-based devotion and prayer. The classes are sequential and include basic standing, seated and forward bending postures. Participants should be in generally good health and come to class with an empty stomach. This class is led by St. Andrew member, Linda Johnson who has studied yoga extensively for the past 11 years.
The Gentle Class: Wednesdays 1:30-2:45pm
The Traditional Class: Thursdays 6:30-7:45pm
