Please fax (952-937-2777)or e-mail ( ) your information on positions or employment opportunities of which you are aware or which you have to offer. These will be circulated every Wednesday from 11:30am to 12:30pm among those who attend on any given date.

Your opportunity will be kept available and circulated for 3–5 successive weeks. Make sure the information you have provided is clear and the contact person with whom they should be in communication is indicated.

St. Andrew Church staff cannot be available to assist you in this regard by telephone or by e-mail as the task is simply too large to accomplish. The use of our program is available to all and anyone may choose to attend with opportunity to give the same 30–second commercial as any other participant, whether job–seeker or employer.

The growing need for support ministry and grief processing related to unemployment and for networking might best be addressed by churches, multiplying the number of networking groups that exist. St. Andrew Church staff are not prepared to work individually with groups that are seeking to initiate new programs, but St. Andrew is happy to post locations and times of all Job Transition Networking or Support Groups on our web site. Please send information to .

Each week there will be small group discussion. Speakers are usually scheduled on the 1st & 3rd Mondays. The other weeks are large group information networking. Groups are facilitated by volunteers. There is no pre–registration required. So that you can get the full benefit of the program, we ask that you try to commit to attending 3 or 4 meetings in a row as each evening's presentation is unique. Dress is casual.

Job Transition

In 1987, five St. Andrew people began a job transition networking group as they went through their own employment transition. To date we have had over 13,000 people attend this group.

Our group meets every Wednesday from 11:30am-12:30pm in our Fellowship Hall. Whether you are currently in transition or believe transition is in your near future, we invite you to join this highly effective and informative group.

In Search of Employment
